Technical trading is a method of trading whereby the investor makes his trading decisions based solely on the 'technical' aspects of the underlying price data. That is the opening price, the closing price, the highs, the lows etc. From this raw data he or she is able to calculate moving averages, price ranges and a vast array of calculating the behavior of the price data.
